Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute on learning and development programs
- Drive the L&D strategy, leadership programs, and employee development
- Design and develop professional trainings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Learning and Development, including building an L&D function from scratch
- Extensive knowledge of various learning methods and training methodologies
- Ability to interpret and communicate data effectively with strong analytical skills
- Experience in instructional design and delivery of learning and leadership development programs
- Must be well versed in Google Sheets, Excel and similar programs
