Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop learning strategies and programs
  • Lead and support the development of a talent agenda
  • Implement robust onboarding programming

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, education, or communications
  • 5 years of experience in human resources, organizational development or talent development
  • Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience
  • Experience working and communicating in a remote environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
