A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop learning strategies and programs
- Lead and support the development of a talent agenda
- Implement robust onboarding programming
Qualifications for this position include:
- Undergraduate degree in business, education, or communications
- 5 years of experience in human resources, organizational development or talent development
- Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience
- Experience working and communicating in a remote environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
