A technology company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Manager in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop New Hire Training Content
- Create content for new features
- Drive design and development of content
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Education or other relevant area
- 5+ Years experience in training development
- 2+ Years in training experience within a winning SaaS environment
- Experience creating curriculum and assessments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized
