Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience including insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design
- Ability to adjust facilitation style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of computer systems and software
