Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative, global programs
- Manage, develop, and coach the CS Instructional Design team
- Lead internal training sessions and facilitate sessions in partnership with other instructors
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 3 years previous training team management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and proven experience in adult learning theory, content authoring etc
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environment that values performance metrics and data
- A talent for problem solving, building consensus, and working autonomously
- Demonstrated project management, people leadership, coaching, and rapport-building skills
