Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Development Solutions Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with SMEs and key stakeholders to develop content strategies
• Take initiative and ownership to prioritize work and collaborate with key partners
• Develop and implement associate facing documentation to support business operations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources or another related field
• 8+ years of experience in a full suite of eLearning authoring tools
• Previous success using a Learning Management System to promote and manage the roll-out of new learning resources
• Strong project management expertise
• Proficient at using HTML code to build wiki pages
• Ability to research and adapt to new learning technologies to recommend and develop innovative solutions
