Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Development Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments
- Coordinate with external vendors to develop training courses and programs
- Monitor progress and cost of training courses and programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven experience as corporate trainer
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
