Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Specialist I.

Must be able to:

• Organize, deliver, evaluate, and improve internal training
• Improve existing training materials
• Schedule classes and coordinate enrollment

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience
• 1+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Thorough understanding of training processes
• Strong relationship building skills, including experience owning relationships with SMEs
• Strong presentation skills, able to organize, develop and present complex information
• Strong command of Microsoft Office skills
