An international law firm has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Development Specialist in Boise.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify training needs, recommend, and implement solutions
- Collaborate with team members to understand their needs related to training and development
- Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Learning Management, Instructional Design, or a related field
- ELearning design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the technical development of web based training modules
- Demonstrated expertise in the implementation and troubleshooting of web-based training modules
