Job Summary
An advertising company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Specialist in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Advise managers on organizational learning and development matters
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
- Assist the Senior Operations Director with the preparation of a training budget
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in training or learning and development
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles
- Strong knowledge of distance education platforms and tools
- Ability to perform research-oriented activities
- Advanced knowledge of Office Work, Power Point, Excel
