Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Development Specialist in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Develop a clear, comprehensive, training curriculum for employees
- Work with all levels of customer operations leadership to create and document processes
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and standardize consistent agent processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- B.A. in a related discipline (Instructional Design, Education, Design, etc…) and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the instructional design and development process (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation, etc.)
- Experience in development with tools such as Articulate Rise/Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Flash, and Software technology like HTML, Javascript
- Experience in facilitating programs in person and virtually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Google suite applications including Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Sites
