An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Development Strategic Skills Program Manager in Northbrook.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building effective, world-class technical learning solutions for AI/ML
- Helping develop an annual ATSV immersive learning plan
- Partnering with measurement team to design, develop and execute evaluation / measurement plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong experience in program management
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Strong project management and process design skills
- Bachelor's degree required
