A reverse mortgage lender is seeking a Remote Learning and Development Trainer II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting project intake meetings to gain exposure to/build your learning consulting/intake skills
• Managing L&D projects from start to finish
• Carrying a portfolio of multiple business request projects as well as participate in the facilitation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Previous facilitation and instructional design experience and adult learning theory knowledge
• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
• Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Moderate Emotional Intelligence
• Basic online training development skills
• Basic project management skills
