Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Learning and Instructional Design Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Scoping, analyzing and building of learning assets
- Overseeing the full end-to-end development of learning assets that fall in your book of work
- Managing program overviews and roadmaps, project plans, and quality checks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Intermediate capabilities with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience
- Experience with LMS administration/support and SCORM publishing
- Experience scoping and providing programs based on adult learning principles
- 3+ years experience in L&D and instructional design
- Experience facilitating content for virtual and in-person learning experiences
