Job Summary
A healthcare software developer is in need of a Remote Learning and Organizational Development Manager in Palo Alto.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and championing transformative actions that move individuals, teams and organization forward
- Evaluating “as is” state of learning, considers immediate and long-term organizational needs and aspirations and drafts a strategy to achieve expected outcomes
- Curating and benchmarking current and emerging learning solutions, tools, modalities, and measures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- No degree, with 12+ years of experience in learning and organizational development
- Project Management and/or Change Management certification
- Situational Leadership, Reality-Based Leadership and similar course facilitator certifications
