A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Talent Development Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Defining the learning and development strategy and operational plans
- Developing and sourcing learning opportunities that meet our unique audience needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Natural leader and trusted coach to talent throughout the organization
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or as an HRBP where you led design, development, and delivery of L&D opportunities
- Experience building or scaling L&D or Talent Development practices
- Collaborate meaningfully with colleagues in the broader People team
