Job Summary
An environmental and human health research and analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Talent Development Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting org-level needs assessments to determine talent readiness
- Supporting the integration and global implementation of key behavioral learning initiatives
- Mobilizing and empowering your team to partner with team members and subject matter experts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8-10+ years experience facilitating the delivery of talent, learning & development solutions
- Minimum of 5+ years specific experience with implementing talent planning/ leadership development solutions
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions, talent identification frameworks
- Experience with succession planning, and high-potential development
- Operational training experience
- Ability to support the development and delivery of training modules
