Job Summary
A public university with 19 schools and colleges on four campuses in Michigan needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning and Teaching Assistant in Ann Arbor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as receptionist for LTC and BlueCorps offices, routing calls and walk-ins, and taking messages when necessary
- Assisting faculty with the creation of basic material and setting-up of their Canvas course sites
- Assisting faculty with set-up and troubleshooting of major third-party tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma
- Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
- Candidates should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Candidates must also be able to demonstrate a track record of dependability, punctuality
