Remote Learning Coach

Job Summary

A new kind of education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serve as the learning coach, mentor, and advisor to a cohort of ~20 learners in 4th-8th grade
• Lead 30-minute “standups” Monday-Thursday devoted to team building, developing community, and SEL
• Lead a 60-minute live workshop on Monday and Tuesday

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Amazing at forming positive and motivating relationships with kids
• Skilled at creating fun, engaging virtual learning environments that kids want to be a part of each day
• Engaging and know what it takes to make learning exciting and fun for kids
• Smart, intellectually curious, quick on your feet
• Experience working with kids who are neurodivergent and/or have learning differences is a plus
• Great at providing advice, inspiration and mentorship to kids
