Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant to provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Address client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, and registration processes
• Engage potential clients through various communication channels to introduce courses and build relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
