Remote Learning Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance and personalized support to parents, the full-time Remote Learning Consultant will engage potential clients, address inquiries about educational offerings, and collaborate with teams to meet enrollment targets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participating in training sessions to understand educational products and user needs
• Engaging potential clients through various communication channels to introduce courses and highlight value
• Monitoring sales performance and refining approaches to achieve optimal enrollment results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Teaching or Education preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service preferred
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic about education and empathetic towards parents' needs
• Flexible schedule with availability for 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
