Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Learning Consultant in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Design & deliver new learning strategies that engage, inform, excite & change the behavior of our Customer Service agents
- Apply our voice and style to produce and deliver training in a conversational and informative style
- Work closely with internationally-based colleagues in L&D, QA, HR, IT
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required (English, Education, Communication, or similar)
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, theories, concepts and development technologies or modalities
- 3 yrs training in a corporate/industrial environment, both virtual and ILT
- 3 years developing eLearning solutions (Articulate Storyline preferred)
- Proven experience with rapid instructional design
- Experience managing multiple design projects from needs analysis to launch/delivery
