Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Remote Learning Customer Success Manager in the Northern California Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating district-wide strategies to increase digital sales
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with IT decision makers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel overnight as required
  • BA or BS degree
  • 3-5 years of successful direct sales, marketing or editorial experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of and comfort with computer-based technology
