Job Summary
A learning company is filling a position for a Remote Learning Customer Success Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end touchpoints with the customer
- Calling, texting and emailing customers
- Proactively flagging issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in a client services role working with SaaS, education, or consumer products
- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Must have access to quiet location, strong internet connection and laptop
