Job Summary
A title and escrow provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop new learning systems to accompany our onboarding and continuing education programs
- Build templates and guides for trainings, job aids, and other learning tools
- Implement standardized onboarding and other continuing education-related trainings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and learning strategies
- Experience designing and implementing effective culture-building strategies for diverse learners
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to manage multi-faceted learning systems
- Able to execute against plans with efficiency and effectiveness
