Job Summary
A provider of training and education for teachers in low-income communities is seeking a Remote Learning Design Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building out the full three-year learning experience for students
- Leading a vision for personalized learning and build engaging student-facing learning experiences
- Ensuring teachers are able to internalize and navigate the learning experience and their role within it
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel a few days every month
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of teaching experience at the high-school level leveraging personalized learning strategies and technology
- 3+ years of lesson plan or curriculum design experience leveraging personalized learning strategies and technology
- Evidence of leading complex projects with effective stakeholder engagement
