Job Summary
An online learning company is in need of a Remote Learning Designer.
Must be able to:
- Assess the efficacy of learning programs
- Manage each engagement or project to outcomes - on budget, on time
- Discover new ways to incorporate technology into the learning experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10-30% of the time
- 5-7+ years experience in learning and development, curriculum design, instructional design
- Experience in Corporate Learning Services managing client projects in a consultative role
- Ability to build or conceptualize new offerings or learning experiences
- Ability to present to medium to large client audiences in person or virtually
- Ability to implement new processes independently in an environment of constant change
