Job Summary
A cloud computing company is seeking a Remote Learning Developer in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining synchronous (virtual classroom) and asynchronous (self-paced, on-demand) training content using traditional instructional design and rapid development strategies
- Partnering with L&D team to create prototypes, storyboards, and deliverables that execute on training design strategy
- Applying an innovative mindset to solving learning design problems that arise during the development process
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of learning development and LMS experience in a corporate environment
- Foundational understanding of adult learning principles
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate 360 and Vyond) and supporting software (Illustrator, Audition, Photoshop, Gsuite and Office 365)
- Ability to work independently and drive to deadlines
- Demonstrated, outstanding communication (visual, written, and verbal) and interpersonal skills
