An internet news and content sharing website is filling a position for a Remote Learning Experience Designer.
Must be able to:
- Lead business and user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business needs into diverse learning programs
- Write concise and customer-friendly instruction for a variety of learning modalities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and/or training development and delivery
- Track record of developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
- Familiarity with the latest learning and technology trends
- Experience in Project management
- Proactive and curious
