Job Summary
An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Experience Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create a training vision for stakeholders and transform that vision into engaging instructional strategies
- Recommend appropriate modes of training delivery
- Implement best practices in service delivery to achieve consistent, excellent results
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding and application of current and emerging instructional pedagogies, adult learning theories, etc
- Strong focus on collaboration, cross-departmental teamwork, and technical proficiency
- Solid understanding of and appreciation for higher education
- Experience creating a variety of training formats, such as on-demand, instructor-led and virtual instructor-led
- Skilled at understanding and adapting to a wide variety of cultures
- Ability to summarize in verbal and written form technical information to a non-technical audience
