Job Summary

A virtual reality training and consulting company is in need of a Remote Learning Experience Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing a catalog of corporate scenarios to offer to current and future clients
• Partnering with clients to develop custom scenario content aligned
• Serving as internal subject matter expert

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years of professional experience in training, learning, and development or instructional design
• Experience with Workplace Learning knowledge areas
• Deep knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of developing a large volume of high-quality work under tight deadlines
