Job Summary

A SalesForce consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Learning Experience Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and develop virtual Instructor-led training (ILT) content
  • Develop and cultivate internal relationships with coworkers
  • Research & adopt emerging trends in learning methods

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing learning solutions
  • Extensive writing and/or content development experience
  • Proven track record on projects that translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, digestible content
  • Passion for innovation and utilizing new L&D technologies
  • Experience with applying trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Ability to uncover and translate learning needs into outcomes and objectives
