A training and development company is filling a position for a Remote Learning Experience Designer.
Must be able to:
- Conduct learner data analysis
- Ensure that our content is instantly useful, delightfully unusual, makes a lasting impact
- Create on-demand resources for learners
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior experience doing LXD or UX/UI for adult learners
- Expertise in LXD experiences for digital environments
- Prior experience interacting directly with end users to evaluate their needs
- Prior experience using metrics to evaluate the success of a learning experience and inform product optimizations
- Successful track record of developing multimedia learning content for multiple partners with a high degree of independence and expertise
