Remote Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, and coaching for onboarding and ongoing employee training
• Monitors learner engagement and provides feedback to leadership on training session issues
• Collaborates with peers and leadership to execute training plans and improve training delivery based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in training, education, or a related field, with 2 years in a professional training facilitation role
• Experience in training delivery and coaching others
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and virtual delivery tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
