Remote Learning Instructional Designer

Job Summary

An identity protection company is seeking a Remote Learning Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating current state of Academy digital learning experience
• Identifying and analyzing the needs and gaps of the learner and translating these into appropriate instructional objectives
• Researching and implementing eLearning tools to maximize training effectiveness

Qualifications Include:

• Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in instructional design or educational field
• 3+ years of instructional design experience with 3-5 years developing eLearning
• Experience implementing gamification concepts into training
• Knowledge of learning and training principles
• All other requirements necessary for this position
