Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Learning Management and Technologies Tier 1 Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing catalog and activity creation, enrollment and attendance processes for courses
- Auditing requests processed by client's service provider
- Building L&D courses and corresponding activities in our LMS and affiliated systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience administering, supporting and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning development tools, and relevant learning technologies
- Strong analytical and project management skills, required
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain collaborative relationships
- Proactively solve and raise-up issues and problems on a real-time basis
- All other requirements necessary for this position
