Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Management System Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Onboarding student enrollments, credit rollovers, closing courses, etc
- Building courses on a rolling basis
- Diagnosing, correcting and responding to incoming customer support tickets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with Instructure Canvas
- Experience in customer support
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to seamlessly manage multiple deliverables across teams and projects
- The ability to learn new skills quickly and perpetually
