Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Learning Management System Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Uploading, publishing, and testing modules and other changes made to/within the LMS
- Addressing technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution
- Updating the database with current course and/or employee data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience in enterprise LMS administration or learning technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel data reporting and Microsoft PowerPoint charts
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization
- Ability to coordinate support from internal and external subject matter experts
- Ability to capture survey metrics for online and classroom training courses
