Job Summary
A cloud-based disaster recovery and business continuity service provider is filling a position for a Remote Learning Media Developer in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a wide variety of training materials leveraging graphic design best practices, traditional instructional design, and rapid development strategies
- Staying up-to-date on current best practices and trends in learning experience design, graphic design, and learning technology
- Making creative decisions based on written design outlines or input from L&D team, stakeholders, or SMEs
Position Requirements Include:
- Foundational understanding of instructional design principles
- 2+ years of learning development or graphic design experience in a corporate environment
- Intermediate knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate 360 and Vyond) and supporting software
- Ability to work independently and drive to deadlines
- Outstanding communication (visual, written, and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Interest in the Cloud Technology industry
