A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Learning Performance Consultant Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Anticipating future enterprise learning and performance/development requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related experience
- 8 years of experience in developing/managing learning and development programs
- 6 years of project/program development and management experience
- Proven ability to implement blended, innovative learning solutions
- Experience creating learning solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Experience in consulting, influencing and communicating at an executive level
