Job Summary
An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Learning Platform Client Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Execute on key strategic projects, priorities and deliverables across the team
- Manage the intake and prioritization process for key projects and team requests
- Support the team with research, information gathering, and creation of materials for client projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to lean toward action and quickly build materials, tools, templates, processes while maintaining high standards of quality
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role at a software company, ideally in the SaaS space
- Impressively strong organizational skills and attention to detail
