Job Summary

An e-learning company has a current position open for a Remote Learning Platform Client Success Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Execute on key strategic projects, priorities and deliverables across the team
  • Manage the intake and prioritization process for key projects and team requests
  • Support the team with research, information gathering, and creation of materials for client projects

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to lean toward action and quickly build materials, tools, templates, processes while maintaining high standards of quality
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role at a software company, ideally in the SaaS space
  • Impressively strong organizational skills and attention to detail
