Job Summary
A non profit organization is seeking a Remote Learning Platform Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage all other customer support functions, including agreed SLA's
- Report on helpdesk and general customer service metrics
- Manage new initiatives to increase learner engagement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Considerable experience working in customer service
- Important level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience using data base administration tools; experience with Salesforce
- A high standard of English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including email and online messaging
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with rapidly changing priorities
