Job Summary

A non profit organization is seeking a Remote Learning Platform Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage all other customer support functions, including agreed SLA's
  • Report on helpdesk and general customer service metrics
  • Manage new initiatives to increase learner engagement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Considerable experience working in customer service
  • Important level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using data base administration tools; experience with Salesforce
  • A high standard of English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including email and online messaging
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with rapidly changing priorities
