Job Summary
A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Platform Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide Live Support via Text, Slack, and Chat
- Provide timely, thoughtful, and thorough, Tier 1 support
- Facilitate client intake and program set up
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
- Patience and ability to manage challenging customer service situations
- High School Diploma
- Ability to learn new systems and technology-based solutions quickly
- Ability to move among and between tasks as needed
