Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Platform Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide Live Support via Text, Slack, and Chat
  • Provide timely, thoughtful, and thorough, Tier 1 support
  • Facilitate client intake and program set up

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Patience and ability to manage challenging customer service situations
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology-based solutions quickly
  • Ability to move among and between tasks as needed
