Job Summary
A web-based learning platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning Product Design Senior Manager.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the design of intuitive, delightful, and engaging product experiences for students,
- Drive improvements to our product’s overall design as well as our design tooling and processes
- Manage and grow a team of high-performing product and visual designers
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in product design
- Experience hiring and managing product designers
- Ability to act as a “player coach,” overseeing the team’s work
- Abe to take on individual contributor work when necessary to move things forward
- Customer-focused mindset with an interest in serving students and educators
- Strong design craft and a track record of delivering intuitive, delightful, and engaging designs
