Job Summary

A non-profit educational organization is in need of a Remote Learning Senior Data Analyst and Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving and owning the development of learning analytics, including the research on metrics, self-service tooling
• Conceptualizing and executing strategic deep-dive analyses to mine for patterns and causal relationships
• Helping the content and learning science teams to use data and data insights to learn about learning, drive strategy and make decisions

Required Skills:

• Strong data storytelling and visualization, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Background in applied math, statistics, economics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years experience in data science or analytics
• Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques for real-world applications
• Strong SQL foundations & ability to manipulate data using R or Python
