Job Summary
A corporate training company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Solutions Architect.
Must be able to:
- Consult with customers and conduct a comprehensive needs analysis
- Lead the design of a learning solution consisting of but not limited to a blend of digital and in-person modalities and a variety of delivery platforms
- Develop a roadmap for learning solutions which delivers against defined learning objective
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel - Minimal
- Background in Instructional Design
- At least 5+ years of experience of designing, developing, and consulting on learning solutions for global MNCs
- Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
- Experience with Project planning and costing
