A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating complex learning solutions to support business and performance objectives
• Designing and developing learning solutions
• Evaluating new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design

Required Skills:

• High School/GED
• Experience in training, including training or performance analysis
• Experience in instructional design, training methodologies, delivery, and/or training technology
• Experience in creating requirement documents, training proposals, learning objectives, and other training-related recommendations
