Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning Sourcing Senior Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing project level agreements with vendor partners
- Establishing vendor Statements of Work, project level contracts and invoices / payments
- Monitoring the execution of contracts with vendor partners, contractors and JITT to track spend and performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience in contracting and vendor management in a learning organization
- Ability to co-create, collaborate, and build trusted partnerships with teams and vendor partners
- Understanding of project management practices
- Experience in resource planning & staffing plans
- Experience managing multiple projects, status / spend tracking
- Ability to leverage data driven insights to drive decisions
