Job Summary
A human resources consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Learning Specialist in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting needs assessment / front-end analysis in collaboration with stakeholders to determine learning and performance gaps
- Developing learning objectives based on learning and performance gaps
- Determining best learning solutions (non-training or training) based on learning and performance gaps
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in adult education, communications, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of current trends and practices relating to Learning and Performance
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or other database management systems
- Knowledge of multimedia tools and online course authoring tools
- Experience with designing and developing training curriculum with multiple delivery methods
