Job Summary
An educational institution has a current position open for a Remote Learning Support Specialist in New York CIty.
Must be able to:
- Serve as primary resolution resource for Canvas LMS system
- Provide excellent customer service through the resolution of help desk tickets
- Troubleshoot technical challenges
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Degree or GED
- Experience supporting Canvas at the university level
- Demonstrated knowledge of online learning and related applications
- Understanding of FERPA and other regulations applicable to higher education
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
